When I opened `BDO Kabayan Asenso` my first question to the bank teller - `Can I use this card to purchase or do transactions online?` her rest assured reply was - `YES`, which is like a shimmering light in the midst of a hopeless state of mind. Yet, even I have their debit card w/ `MasterCard` logo on it, it seems PayPal doesn't recognize it.
Things I learned:
If you want to withdraw money from PayPal make sure you have:
1. Credit / Debit card (some blogs said, it should be Visa)
2. Bank account
